Dr. Jürgen von Oertzen

Mediator | Coach | Mediation Instructor

"I am your expert for complex and escalated conflicts.

In mediation and conflict management, I see my role as bringing structure and calm to complex situations and intense emotions, enabling the parties involved to effectively work towards a solution on the factual level and achieve greater clarity and openness in their collaboration on the relationship level.

I support individuals in managing their conflicts constructively and empathetically, empowering them to decide on their own solutions.

I assist businesses and organizations in resolving conflicts efficiently and sustainably, thereby leveraging them for corporate success."

Department Head of a Research Institute

“Mr. von Oertzen excels as a coach and moderator in swiftly identifying conflict causes. He adeptly integrates himself into the unique structures, hierarchical orders, or personal environments of workshop participants without difficulty. The training in leadership and team coaching significantly enhanced the atmosphere within my department: the open yet problem-focused workshop environment led to constructive measures where individual employees' problems and desires could still be addressed. After the training sessions, employees were much more open in discussing their specific issues with each other, resulting in a noticeable improvement in their work behavior. Individual coaching sessions provided fascinating moments when confronting the underlying problem, the core of the conflict, directly and unequivocally. Mr. von Oertzen explains his training methods and underlying models comprehensively and provides practical tools on how to handle such situations. These tools left a lasting impression on me as they were honest and tailored to me, my personality, and my environment.”
